Take a look at the bbc's world aid stats. What is really cool about this is that so much money is coming from private donations. Some of which outdue the governments donations in their countries. Even the poorest country in the world was able to raise $100,000. It's a shame that it takes a natural disaster to make people come together...but none the less, they are coming together. This is how everyday should be. Pat yourself on the back if you donated...if not pat the keys on the keyboard and get it done.
